Consultations are for projects where a number isn't the right starting point – where you're still figuring out the scope, weighing options, or trying to understand what a real integration would look like for your facility.

We typically start with a 30-minute conversation with, and you'll be speaking to someone who has done this before.

There's no charge. There's no sales pressure.

You'll talk to one of our engineering leads about what you're trying to accomplish, what's possible, and what a project might involve. If we're a fit, we'll quote it. If we're not, we'll tell you who is.

• Realistic scope, timeline, and budget ranges
• Platforms and certifications relevant to your project
• Whether JTK is the right partner — and what next steps look like if we are

Who You'll Talk To

Depending on your project, you'll meet with Sales/Estimating, Operations/Production, or one of our senior engineers. Whoever's the closest fit for what you're working on.

If you've got a project in mind, the more you tell us upfront, the faster we can be useful:

• What's the project? (New build, retrofit, upgrade, panel only, modification, etc.)
  Industry / application
• Approximate timeline
• Any drawings, specs, or scope docs you can attach
• Where the equipment will be installed
  Don't have all that figured out yet? That's what consultations are for.

A quote request is when you know what you want and just need a price.

A consultation is when you have ideas of what you want or need. We can help you figure out what is the best solution for your application.
